All PVCu profiles used in the manufacture of our products are guaranteed for 20 years against degradation and discolouration.

Full 10 year guarantee on window and conservatory components, subject to the quality of installation, general wear and tear and on the basis that they are used and maintained in accordance with manufacturers guidelines.

All double glazed sealed units are guaranteed against seal breakdown for 10 years.

Locks, moving parts and fittings are guaranteed for a period of 5 years against manufacturing faults.

It is essential that all products are maintained and cleaned at regular intervals.

• Clean pvc components with warn soapy water at least twice each year. Deep and ingrained marks should be removed using a proprietary pvc cream cleaner. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  
• Glass should be cleaned with a proprietary glass cleaning liquid or
  warm soapy water. Take care with leads, coloured areas and resin bevels.
• All moving parts should be lightly oiled at regular intervals, at least 2-3 times per annum. Please be aware that the most common cause of lock, hinge or handle failure is misuse or lack of maintenance. Good and regular maintenance is essential to avoid invalidation of guarantee.
